The Story

Jacqueline opened La Poubelle in 1969 inspired by her

childhood dream of having a creperie in America.

With humble beginnings, a small kitchen where the bar now resides,

35 crepes and 15 omelets were served to the music of Edith Piaf.

Five decades later, the legacy continues through her daughter Françoise.

We would like to sincerely thank all of you who have

supported us through the years.

A bientôt et bon appétit,
